Hi!
I’m Dean, a coffee fan and co-author of The Platinum Sword And The Kingdom Of Reveal, the first of a trilogy.
My career initially revolved around acting—I studied drama at Mountview Theatre School, but I eventually realized that my true passion lies in screenwriting. Interestingly, during my youth, I used to write short stories in the genres of action, fantasy, adventure, and science fiction, although I didn’t fully grasp my inclination towards writing at the time.
Thereafter, I enrolled in a screenwriting course at Birkbeck University of London. I continue to hone my craft and dedicate my time to writing and developing screenplays while working with expert professionals in the industry.
The Platinum Sword And The Kingdom Of Reveal is my first fantasy action-adventure novel, written in collaboration with my good friend, bestselling author, Cherry-Ann Carew. Comparison titles are, The Lord Of The Rings, The Chronicles of Narnia and The Witcher.
Apart from my love of action, sci-fi, and fantasy movies, I enjoy travelling, working out, reading, listening to music, spending quality time with my family and driving through the English countryside, where most of my writing ideas are conceived.
MEET CHERRY-ANN
Hi, and I'm Cherry-Ann,
An Amazon multi-bestselling author with a flair for both fiction and nonfiction. While I write fiction romance, I’ve ventured into the fantasy world as co-author of The Platinum Sword And The Kingdom Of Reveal, the first of a trilogy. It’s an exciting blend of action adventure and time travel, created alongside my good friend and screenwriter, Dean Antoniou.
My writing journey began in journalism, where I contributed to The Voice, a British Afro-Caribbean newspaper and served as an editor at BlaqSport, now defunct. Writing has always been my sanctuary, allowing me to weave intricate stories that resonate with readers through metaphors, similes, and vivid imagery.
But my life’s narrative extends beyond pages; I’ve lived in four countries, each enriching the tapestry of my experiences and I now live in sunny SoCal (Southern California).
I enjoy doing many things, some of my favourites are, writing, scripting, reading, and watching sports—I’m crazy about football (soccer) and a range of movies/series, indulging in the comfort of Earl Grey and Chai teas, though dark roast French Vanilla is a tease, travelling, of course, exploring new cultures, making memories with my family and friends, meditating and I’m forever learning Spanish!
Among my pursuits, I support a young boy in Bolivia through World Vision, as I believe in the power of community and assistance. It’s my way of making a difference.
